Xmail Black is currently in Dark Launch: invite-only and not publicly available. Access is subject to eligibility criteria and a discounted subscription applies for the duration of the Dark Launch. Services and offerings may change during this phase.
Xmail Black iOS and Android apps are under development pending App Store and Play Store approval after a closed beta phaase, they are not included in the Dark Launch at this time. Xmail Black is currently intended for use in third-party mail apps ( Mail, Thunderbird, etc) and Xmail Black web app.
Calendars, contacts, and file storage are supported at the Xmail server level but are not available during the Dark Launch. Use of these features is not permitted at this time.
Xweb-assisted initial setup beyond the Welcome Pack is available but does not extend to user, device, app, or upstream service issues beyond what Xweb deems practical onboarding assistance.
Upon subscribing, you will receive your Welcome Pack. Note there may be a short delay, as it is prepared by a human.
If the delay is extended, the subscription period will be adjusted accordingly: either discounted or waived for the period between subscribing and receiving the Welcome Pack.
You agree not to use Xmail to send unsolicited email (spam), phishing messages, or any content that violates applicable law. Xmail must not be used for marketing communications, bulk or mass sending, or mailing lists. Abuse of the mail service may result in immediate suspension.
Accounts with Ample Space (e.g. Xmail Black) are defined by Xweb based on industry norms of 1–2GB growth per year. Additional storage beyond this is assigned case-by-case.

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry. Xweb acts as a reseller and cannot guarantee the availability of any particular domain name.
